We have passed ISO9001 and ISO140001 certification. Strict quality control is implemented for the entire production process from the entry of raw materials to the delivery of finished products. With the development of the company, the company expanded its production workshop in August 2012. At present, the new production workshop has been completed, and the new production equipment has basically been installed. The factory currently covers an area of 18,000 square meters, with 2 workshops and 4 production lines. It is equipped with advanced automatic spray line and computer-controlled cutting machine and other production equipment. The average monthly production capacity of the factory is 12,000 units. The annual production capacity reaches 150,000 units. In 2011, the annual sales amounted to RMB 26 million. In 2012, the company's annual sales reached RMB 32 million. The proportion of exports accounts for 45%. It is expected that the sales volume in 2013 will reach 40 million.
